Great River Days -  Help Wanted

As GRD organizers, we are often asked how sponsors, interested persons or groups can help out at the annual Great River Days festival.

We welcome these requests, as putting on an event of this size does require assistance and donations of time and many various materials.

In no particular order, here is a wish list of things that could be sponsored or donated, that would be of help to a successful outcome of Great River Days 2011

• Golf carts
• 2-way radios
• signs, caution tape, barricades, etc.
• Generators
• Yard forklift or tractor
• Electrician services and supplies
• General volunteers, tickets, security, clean-up and more
• Spotlight operators
• Stage hands (especially Wednesday and Sunday)
• shuttle drivers and/or vehicles
• Parade helpers
• Portable PA system
• Car Show organizer
• Flatbed car trailer or similar
