Turtle Races return to GRD

The Muscatine Jaycees will be hosting “Turtle Races” in conjunction with the GRD festival, on July 31 2010. The Jaycees are taking pre-entries through June 15, and are offering prizes at the event. For details on the races, or to enter, click here for the flyers!
